What is with these people?

The wind is a howlin'- the skies are grey, the temperature is steadily dropping and the weathermen still refuse to say what is going to happen. There's a lot of "if the storm tracks south of the dividing line between county A and county B, then expect a rain and snow mix for southern parts of the state. If the storm tracks north of the two-lane highway outside the city of C, then expect twelve inches by late Sunday." Gimme a break! They have been talking about how the computer models are showing four possible scenarios and they aren't sure which one it will actually be. I have a better idea. Why don't you stop looking at the computer-projected storm tracks and try looking out the window! ;)

Actually, I really don't mind so much. I just don't like it when they hype up a big snowstorm all week long and then at the end they backtrack and say it may or may not happen. I get my hopes up only to have them dashed once again! ;)

We have a pretty busy weekend but nothing is requiring driving long distances so if we get snow we should still be good to go. I thought I would take the boys in to rent some movies this afternoon- (Samantha is spending the night at a friend's house)- so in case we become housebound we won't also be insane with nothing to do.

Anna decided to crawl today. The best part about it was watching the other kids and how excited they were! They were almost more excited than I was! She is such a hoot and again I am reminded of how joyful it is to have a baby in the house.

Have a good one!
